The German-Maltese-Circle under the patronage of the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Malta, H.E. Mr.Bernd Braun regularly organises various activities like exhibitions, seminars, concerts, social events and anything which is suitable  to introduce the German culture and way of life. It acts as a cultural and educational link between Malta and Germany.

In addition the institute offers courses for German leading to the Goethe Institute Certificates and Maltese for foreigners.

German-Maltese Circle elects new President

During its Annual General Meeting on 31st January 2012 the German-Maltese Circle's members present elected Ing. Arthur Ciantar as the new President of the Circle. The other persons elected to serve in the executive committee are: Mr Victor H Sammut (Secretary General), Mr Carmel Azzopardi (Treasurer),Mr Bernd Ritschel (Corporate Members Representative - Playmobil Malta Ltd) and Members: Mr Simon Alden, Mr Ruben Cuschieri, Ms Corinne Gauci, Mr Omar Grech, Mr Victor P. Pace and Mrs Sirka Vella-Facklam.
